Original poems and music selections from local writer Lindsay Rust [she/her]. In 2015 she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and uses poetry as a way to deal with the difficulties of this illness. Lindsay, born and raised in Dagenham, is involved with Raised Voice community theatre and Barking Mad.
