An interview with Ros and Cleon from UKON Careers, organisers of the Barking & Dagenham Carnival, along with team members Tia and Ramona, and Chloe from Future Molds.

They give us a little teaser of what to expect at this year's Carnival which will be held on 8th July 2023 at Barking Town Square. They're also hosting a Carnival Launch Party Saturday 24th June, 2023 at Valence Library from noon t0 4pm featuring dance performances, food, music, live DJs, carnival mask workshops and more!

They talk about what to expect from this years exciting Carnival, how the festival started in Barking & Dagenham, and what its like working from John Smith House which houses a number of local community organizations.
